Mental health disorders are very common today. However, there is still a high threshold for seeking treatment, something that unfortunately supports the deterioration of health. It is very important to seek treatment in time, because the prognosis of the disease is always better.
Mental health disorders are treated with psychotherapy and, if necessary, also with medication, depending on the client’s condition. It is very important to conduct good diagnostic interviews before making conclusions about which form of treatment is suitable in a certain situation.
I have tried to acquire the skills of both a doctor and a psychotherapist, so that I would primarily be able to assess the quality of the problem, the degree of disturbance, make the correct diagnosis/diagnoses and, accordingly, offer suitable treatment. In every reception situation, almost half of the time is psychotherapeutic work and the other half is the doctor’s work.
